  • Secure and drive the financial forecast process including headcount for the Enterprise business.
  • Collate, analyse and report financial results (Sales & OPEX) versus forecast on a monthly/Quarterly and annual basis. Coordinate and analyse OPEX with companies and relevant units globally which includes the cost center reporting. Define and follow up relevant KPI’s related to the above areas.
  • Quality assurance of financials and gap analysis of operational data.
  • Monthly Commission calculations based on monthly sales results.
  • Monthly sales reporting for Sales reviews and QBR’s.
  • Support Head of Business Operations in Ad Hoc analysis and reviews

Key requirements and what where looking for

  • A committed and pragmatic person who thrives working with people and possesses a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • University degree and at least 5 years experience in Finance
  • Experienced user financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Good verbal and written skills, both English and Swedish
  • Great organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
  • Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with primarily Sales and Finance.
