Sinch is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Conversation Platform strategy (… think mobile campaign management, workflow communication triggers, chatbots, conversation commerce, call center agent chat and more…) and associated professional services. This role is critical to the evolution of Sinch and the position will interface heavily with all functions across the business.

As the subject matter expert, you will have a high degree of autonomy of strategy and roadmap yet balanced carefully with integration and resource management across the entire Sinch product portfolio. The services you put in place, will often be the orchestration layer for all Sinch services, and communications channels.


Responsibilities include:

  • Classic product lifecycle, from ideation through to end of life 
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder map, internal and external (+ communication plans)
  • Document, maintain, communicate:
    • Vision / Strategy
    • Roadmap
    • Risk / Mitigation
    • Stakeholder Map 
  • Working cross-functionally document & maintain requirements / + EPIC’s 
  • Accountable for business case budget / P&L forecast 
  • Deliver sales enablement programs and collaborate on appropriate incentives 
  • Industry evangelist, support panels and collateral for events 
  • Keep abreast of industry, ecosystem and competitive threats 
  • Quarterly meet with key customers

Skills and experience needed:

  • Creative vision and problem solving
  • Experience leading product definition and execution from concept to delivery
  • Experience in multichannel messaging
  • Knowledge of evolving cloud business models
  • Proven successful track record in bringing mobility, media based or similar products to market
  • Experience identifying customer segments through quantitative and qualitative research 
  • Ability to create/articulate a vision and drive teams to achieve business/technical requirements to enable it 
  • Expert in crafting impactful messaging to executive internal/external audiences using PowerPoint/Word 
  • Organized and highly collaborative with ability to build rapport quickly with customers/colleagues 
  • Act as trusted adviser for prospects/customers and using the voice of the customer



  •  Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent field. MBA a plus
  • At least six years of demonstrated success in product management or comparable role
  • Proven record of accomplishment of launching successful new customer facing services
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal, written and client partnership skills
  • Willingness to travel
